Returns

If for any reason you wish to return all or part of your order you can do so within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will exchange or refund (to the original payment method) any unworn items that are in original condition with copy of the original invoice.  (or with the tear off part of your invoice).  We will aim to do this in seven working days from the date we receive the goods. 

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.  Unless of course we have made a mistake, in which case we will refund all costs incurred in getting the item back to us.  The returning item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

When returning goods we recommend that you send them using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.  We cannot give a refund or exchange on products that are lost in the post when being returned to us. 

Any orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day.
